You are seeing this screen because your browser has a pop-up blocker turned on.

To disable your pop-up blocker

1. Go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser window.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Select the Privacy tab.
4. Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click OK.

Note: Users on Internet Explorer 8 and above might not see a Tools menu. To access it, press the Alt key and it will appear.
