You are seeing this screen because your browser has a pop-up blocker turned on.

To disable your pop-up blocker

1. Go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser window.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Show advanced settings...
4. Select Content settings... under Privacy.
5. Select Allow all sites to show pop-ups under Pop-ups.
6. Click Done.
